Our history is a history of master salted fish makers, women salters, barrel makers, barrel makers, coopers and fishermen that has remained faithful for more than 70 years.
Since 1950
The origins of the Consorcio Group go back to the Italian salatoris who arrived on the shores of Santoña at the end of the 19th century in search of anchovies. They fell in love with the landscapes and the people of the Cantabrian Sea and settled in our beloved fishing village.
Today we are fortunate to be an international company, but we still use the same traditional technique we learned from the Italian salatoris. We select the best catches and pamper the whole process of elaboration so that you continue to enjoy the taste of the sea in every bite.
The sea is the insignia of the food we offer. That is why we like to take care of it.
