The beer then undergoes fermentation with the brewery's unique and proprietary wine yeast, ensuring a perfect balance. This unique malt whisky is characterized by a very pronounced peat flavor. Needless to say, the smoky and full-bodied character of this whisky is also reflected in the taste, providing a distinctive blend.
