Production and Aging

Honoro Vera Garnacha 2018 is a single varietal made from the Garnacha grape variety. The grapes come from old vineyards planted on hills at an altitude of 700-1,000 meters above sea level, on rocky metamorphic and clay gravel soils. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.

Once fermentation is complete, Honoro Vera is aged for 2 months in French oak barrels.

  • Appearance: Honoro Vera Garnacha has a bright cherry red color with a garnet rim. Dense and tinted tears.
  • Nose: Very intense nose with notes of red fruit such as raspberry or red currant alongside hints of floral notes.
  • Palate: A fruity, floral, very fresh and easy-to-drink wine, tasty, which produces the pleasant sensation of tasting a fruit candy in the mouth.
