Javier Sanz Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc varietal white wine, more fruity, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany with seafood, grilled fish or cold dishes.

Pale yellow color with greenish highlights.

Characteristic varietal aromas such as lime and white flowers. It also shows notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and passion fruit.

In the mouth, it shows an acidity that increases the sensation of freshness and accentuates its tropical flavors. Medium-bodied, it is fresh. It leaves a pleasant floral and mineral memory on the palate.
