Josep Foraster Trepat was the first Trepat wine produced at Bodega Josep Foraster. One of the first single varietal red wines made from the Trepat variety in the Conca de Barberà. Bright cherry red in color. On the nose, it offers light fruity notes such as raspberries, strawberries, and cherries, accompanied by subtle hints of spices. In the mouth, it is a fresh, very expressive, and persistent wine with delicate tannins. Aged for 6 months; 80% in French oak barrels and 20% in foudre. A wine with great potential for evolution. A modern wine that surprises with its delicacy, elegance, and freshness.
The Josep Foraster Trepat is a versatile wine to pair with a variety of dishes, from starters to white meats and fish.
