Juan Gil 4 months is a young red wine with 4 months of ageing in French and American oak barrels. Ideal for accompanying rice dishes, stews, legumes, mushrooms, meat stews, sausages, snouts and pork hands, roasts varied, short and medium cured cheeses, white and red meats in sauce, grill or iron...
The grapes that have given rise to this wine come from the old vineyards of the northwest of Jumilla, located at 700 meters of altitude in the surroundings of our winery. The Middle Ages of the same round the forty years. These grapes were hand-picked during the third week of October. The elaboration of the same was developed over two weeks at 27 degrees Celsius of temperature. After its fermentation at the beginning of November, it was passed to new French and American oak casks, where it has remained for four months until the end of March.
Juan Gil 4 months is an intense and vivid cherry red wine. Powerful in the nose, clean and complex, highlights attractive fruity aromas, with touches of ripe fruit and souvenirs of new wood. Well constituted in mouth, of good structure, alive and tasty, with body, balanced and of very good persistence.
