Juan Gil Yellow Label is made from old vines over 40 years old, planted at an altitude of about 700 meters above sea level. The harvest is done by hand and starts at the end of October. Traditional vinification. It rests in new barrels of American and French oak for 4 months.
Juan Gil Yellow Label is ideal to accompany rice dishes, stews, legumes, mushrooms, meat stews, and cured meats. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
