The palmier is one of our most famous creations, made in our workshop located in Unquera, a town in Cantabria that borders Asturias and serves as the gateway to the famous Hermida Gorge. The palmier is a heart-shaped puff pastry measuring between 2 and 4 cm, made with flour, butter (33.3%), sugar, and salt. To enhance this already unbeatable dessert, we coat it in delicious high-quality Belgian milk chocolate, turning it into another tasty treat just as wonderful as its traditional recipe. We package each one individually to preserve its aroma and flavor.
