The Boquerón is a small fish whose loins, once cleaned by hand one by one, are marinated in vinegar, olive or sunflower oil, salt, garlic and parsley. Its meat is white in colour and its skin is shiny with a very meaty and juicy texture and a fine and smooth seasoned flavour.
Made only with fresh anchovies from the Mediterranean, Cantabrian and Atlantic, in a artisanal way to guarantee the consumer
the satisfaction of all their expectations of quality, flavour and health.
We use only natural preservatives (oil, salt and vinegar). We comply with EC Regulation 853/2004 which ensures treatment
for the prevention against ANISAKIS. This product does not contain gluten. Oily fish is rich in omega 3 and therefore helps
prevent cardiovascular disease.
