Kripta Trepat
Rosé Cava made exclusively with the Trepat grape variety and under the Reserva category. This cava is produced following organic viticulture practices, where the grapes are harvested by hand and carries a vegan certification. It comes from the Ubac estate in Sant Joan de Mediona, located at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level.
The vines are grown on slate soils in staggered plots, taking advantage of the mountain viticulture conditions. This cava is characterised by its profile with hints of wild strawberries and cherries. It is a sparkling wine with attractive aromas, mineral freshness and outstanding agility. It is recommended as a perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, starters, fruit selections, fresh cheeses and desserts made with puff pastry.
