Viticulture and elaboration with the least intervention, tried to reflect the whole potential of the terroir. The collection took place on October 4, 2016. Fermentation at 25 º C with the yeast of the surface of its grain (skins) making smoothly remounted. After 15 days of maceration, the pressing was carried out. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent racking with its lees to a fudre of 5,000 liters for ageing for 6 months before bottling.

Casa de la Seda is intense purple red color typical of the Bobal variety. Fruity aromas reminiscent of forest fruits, blended with aromatic herbs, violets, and spices such as saffron predominate.
