The vintage has been considered excellent. The climatic conditions, marked by a higher amount of rainfall and intense heat in August, have favoured the ideal ripening of the grapes, presenting an optimum quality without problems of fungus or humidity.

This wine, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, comes from a 10-hectare organic vineyard, planted in 1985 by Aníbal Asensio, at an altitude of 800 metres in the Duero river basin, between Valdestillas and Serrada. With a production of 6,000 kilos per hectare, fermentation at low temperature preserves all the aromas of the varietal, followed by ageing on its fine lees for 5 months.
