La Vie en Rose 2016 is a pink D.O. Toro wine PRODUCED by Bodegas Liba y Deleite. A surprising and elegant wine, made with grapes from 15-year-old vines from its Finca las geese.
Of vineyards between 10 and 15 years old, whose grapes endow the wine with great youthfulness and fruitiness. Stemmed and crushed grape bleeding from nocturnal harvest, with a short maceration separately from the varieties. After defanging the must, a coupage is made and then the pre-fermentation is made at 8 º C for 72 hours. Cold fermentation lasts 26 days without ever reaching 14.5 º C. After the maceration and after the first racking, several reassembled without aeration with its fine lees were rebuilt.
La Vie en Rose is a very intense and bright strawberry red color.
Blunt and direct nose with prominence of red fruit (strawberry, cherry and raspberry) and dairy.
In the mouth, in addition to finding fruit are also remarkable a certain bitterness and a very fresh acidity. It has the tannin and the structure of a red wine, it is tasty, very long, fresh and with good permanence.
