Cune Rosado is a red wine from the D.O.Ca. Rioja, made with Tempranillo grapes by the renowned Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE). The vineyards from which this wine comes are located in the Rioja Alta, where ideal conditions allow the grapes to arrive in perfect condition at the winery for production. Approximately half of the grapes used are from owned vineyards located in Haro and nearby towns, while the rest is sourced from regional grape growers. Its fermentation takes place in 20,000-kilo stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25 and 27ºC, a process that helps preserve the fruit, a distinctive characteristic of this wine. In tasting, Cune Rosado presents a vibrant strawberry-red color and an intense nose, where sweet strawberry notes and a proper balance between red fruits and floral hints stand out. On the palate, it reveals itself as a flavorful and generous wine with a pronounced fruity character and refreshing acidity that provides good persistence. It is a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, pasta, legumes, blue fish, and light meats.
