Albillo Real 100%. This very special grape is only present on this area of Spain.

Area:

60 years old vineyards from DOP Cebreros-Sierra de Gredos, Avila.

Wine type: 

White wine with 8 months ageing

Winery:

Volume:

75 cl.

Alcohol:

12.5% ABV

Vineyards: 

60 years bush old vines, in granitic and slate soils, between 700-800 meters above sea level. 

Wine making: 

Cooling of the grapes in chambers at 0º, 36 hours skin maceration and then alcoholic fermentation happens in concrete tanks, The ageing is done in 100hl slovenian oak vats.  The ageing process lasts 8 months.

Tasting notes:

Bright yellow color, highly expressive with white flowers and bone fruits, tasty, big palate with volume and persistent. As result,  an elegant wine, complex, with a lot of personality. 

Serving and Pairing:

Really good choice to pair with cheese or legumes.

Served at 8-10 ºC.
