Copper stills with a maximum capacity of 25 hectoliters are used, and it is distilled slowly over an open flame, which produces a kind of caramelization.

A total of 19 botanicals and a base of juniper are used in the recipe. It is a pure gin, without added sugars.

Tasting notes of Gin Citadelle

Appearance: Gin Citadelle is transparent in color.

Nose: It shows delicate aromas of fresh flowers, jasmine, and honeysuckle. Once served, more intense and herbaceous notes of anise, grains of paradise, and cinnamon are perceived.

Palate: On the palate, juniper gives way to a complex and voluptuous fragrance of fresh flowers that leads to a round, elegant, and refined finish.

Recommended serving

It pairs very well with premium tonic, orange, red grapefruit, lemon, and plenty of ice.
