Elaboration and Aging
Señorio de Cuzcurrita is made 100% from Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards, with part of the cultivation being integrated production and another part being organic.
After manual harvest, passing through the selection table, and alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels with fine grain, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging with its lees for 12 months. It then rests in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months before being marketed.
