Made with 100% Listán Negro, a native variety of the Canary Islands, this wine is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging on lees that enhances its complexity and freshness. Without the addition of sugar (Brut Nature), it stands out for its purity and expression of the terroir.
Appearance: Pale pink color with salmon-colored flashes and a fine, persistent bubble that highlights its elegance.
Nose: Fresh and expressive aromas with notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral and citrus touches. Mineral and saline nuances are perceived that evoke its volcanic origin.
