Developed in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, this whiskey celebrates the exuberance and richness of the Scottish lands. It represents the third installment of a collection that puts recycling at the center of its concept. It is a reflection of The Macallan's strong commitment to the environment and the sisters' affection for Scotland's lush greenery.
This project marks the first time the McCartney sisters have collaborated professionally. This union has given them the opportunity to remember moments from their childhood in Scotland, where they enjoyed valuable family time. The name "Amber Meadow" is inspired by memories of summer days in the amber fields of her family farm in the Scottish countryside.

Nose, Amber Meadow is characterized by its intense orange and lemon fragrance, enriched with hints of honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and barley.
Palate, On the palate, this whiskey provides a rich and multifaceted tasting, with dominant flavors of oak, lemon and melon, and subtle tones of sweet pastries, almonds and a touch of green tea. The finish is sweet, extensive and complex.
