Coming from unique vineyards of Monastrell from the Paraje de La Raja, in the Murcian highlands, the Machoman wine is ideal for pairing with red meats, filet mignon, and even hamburgers. So you can give your gourmet burger that special touch.
We recommend serving the Machoman wine from Casa Rojo at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees so you can enjoy the best experience.
This Monastrell red wine has been produced in the unique environment of the Paraje de la Raja, located south of Jumilla. The variety of terrains, combined with dry farming, altitude, and thermal amplitude, softened by the influence of the Mediterranean climate, give greater ripeness to the Monastrell grape.
It presents balsamic and menthol notes, accompanied by red fruits such as cherry or plum, with a spark of acidity and freshness in the end.
The Machoman wine is 100% Mediterranean and unique.
With a finish typical of great wines, the Machoman Monastrell spends six months in French oak barrels, in Italian clay amphorae, and finally undergoes reductive aging in the cellar for approximately a year.
