Mallow contains active principles such as tannins, mucilage, malvina and vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. This medicinal plant has anti-inflammatory, demulcent, antitussive, laxative, mucolytic, hypoglycemic, diuretic, emollient and antiseptic.

How to use:

Infusion (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes strain and take 2-4 cups a day.
