The "Martín Códax" brandies are obtained from fermented and slowly distilled Albariño grape pomace, after a careful pressing of the grape marc, resulting in a natural and primary product. Through the steam drag distillation system, a slow and steady distillation rate is achieved, allowing the most appreciated aromatic components to appear.
