Matarromera Crianza is a wine made 100% from Tempranillo grapes that has been aged for 14 months in American and French oak barrels.

Tasting notes of Matarromera Crianza

• Appearance: Matarromera Crianza has a very dark cherry color, with abundant violet tones. Very opaque, clean and bright.
• Nose: Great intensity and complexity, with powerful aromas of very ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, blackberries, cherries, and currants, in excellent harmony with spicy tones of clean wood aging, with roasted notes, licorice, coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.
• Palate: Tasty, intense, full-bodied and elegant. It is very wide, lively, with a generous step, due to the balance between sturdy mature tannins that promise an excellent future, and fruity and spicy sensations, with a powerful, voluminous and very long finish.

Pairing

Matarromera Crianza is ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, game dishes, stews, very aged cheeses, and cured meats. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
