HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS MATCHA TEA:Bring water, preferably mineral and slightly alkaline, to a boil, when it is boiling, remove from heat and let cool until the water reaches about 80°C. Pour about 80ml of water into a teacup and add 1g (1/2 teaspoon) and stir for 15 seconds until a froth forms and it is ready to drink.
