Merula is a magnificent extra virgin olive oil produced on the Perales estate in Merida. After a demanding production process that begins with the harvesting of the olive at the optimum time of collection and culminates in obtaining an oil of the highest quality

To obtain an ideal blend in each harvest, the four varieties of olive from the estate (arbequina, hojiblanca, picual and morisca) are combined, which makes Merula an excellent condiment and an ideal extra virgin olive oil both for its exquisite taste and its unique design
