Bruxo No. 2 Pechuga is a young artisanal mezcal made from two agaves with a charred maguey heart. An elixir with D.O.Oaxaca made with water from El Espino.
Bruxo took advantage of the types of mezcal to use colors and numbers, in such a diverse portfolio of Bruxo mezcals, all originating from the lands of Oaxaca, where each bottle is the passport to a different adventure.
Made with Agaves up to 8 years old cooked in a conical earth oven and crushed with a stone Tahona. Fermented in Sabino wood vats and distilled in copper stills.
Making process: Made in the traditional way by Herminio Coronado, master mezcalero of Bruxo, is the creator of this Mezcal Bruxo 2 Pechuga. Its delicacy contrasts with its potency coming from the combination of very ripe Espadín and Barril agave infused with a cooked agave. When the quiote grows, it is cut and the pineapple is left several additional months in the ground in order to be loaded with natural sugars.
Bruxo is a Mexican brand of artisanal Oaxacan mezcal that brings together in its portfolio the main varieties of Agave, as well as assemblages, which make up a complete range of products for all types of customer tastes.
