Creatine Micronized from Bigman is a dietary supplement in powder form based on micronized creatine monohydrate, a process that increases the solubility of the product.
Neutral version: L-Creatine Monohydrate. Flavored version: L-Creatine monohydrate, flavors, coloring (Candy Cola: E-124/E-102), (Candy Pop: E-122), sweetener: sucralose. May contain traces of milk, soy, and gluten.
The effects of Creatine are much less if consistency is not maintained in the intakes.
- Strength athletes: Mix 1 serving (5 gr.) with 230 ml of water or juice. - In the loading phase: days 1-5, take 10 to 20 grams (200 mg/Kg body weight) spread out in 3 or 4 daily intakes. - In the maintenance phase, from the 6th day, take one serving of 5 grams (50 mg/Kg body weight) 1 or 2 times daily. The duration of the loading and maintenance phase should range between 4 and 6 weeks. - Rest phase: do not take Creatine for 4 weeks. This is important because our body also produces its own Creatine and stores it in muscle tissues. If your body receives a Creatine supplement for more than 6 weeks, it reduces its own production. - Repeat the process. For best results, take a heaping serving 30 minutes before training and another immediately after. - Endurance athletes: It is recommended to take in stages to not block endogenous synthesis: - Loading stage - Take for 10 or 12 days between 10 and 20 grams (200 mg/Kg body weight) per day in 2 daily intakes. - Maintenance stage - take one serving of 5 grams (50 mg/Kg body weight) once a day preferably after training. The duration of the loading and maintenance phase should range between 4 and 6 weeks. - Rest phase: do not take Creatine for 4 weeks. This is important because our body also produces its own Creatine and stores it in muscle tissues.
