It is the result of the combination of the varieties of grapes 60% Cinsault, 20% Syrah and 20% Garnacha and an ageing in fine lees for 4 months. It is pressed directly without oxygen. Low-temperature fermentation.
MiP Pink is colored rose petals, smelling this wine is flattering and explosive with notes of white flowers. Flavorfully is a light wine ideal for snacks or frugal meals in summer.
