This white wine is made with Alvarinho from a single organic vineyard in Melgaço, in Vinho Verde. It is a wine that does not follow the rules, it is out of the ordinary, offering pure emotion in every glass. It is the fruit of intuition, fermented and aged for a year in Austrian oak, after which it remained in concrete for another year.
