Each red vineyard luckily has white grape vines. Therefore, white and grey Grenache, white Carignan, and Macabeu grapes were picked here and there to create this delicious wine. It was aged for 5 months in French oak barrels. Floral notes here, citrus and exotic fruits there... This vintage is superb and very well crafted.
