Don Zoilo Oloroso: Bright amber color with a very intense aroma, as indicated by its type, reminiscent of nuts and walnuts. On the palate, it is dry, slightly acidic, with a full body and velvety tannins, resulting in a rich and harmonious flavor. The finish is very persistent. Preferred consumption: As an aperitif with aged cheese, with red meats during meals, or even as a post-meal drink.
