Mumm's historic grape variety, Pinot Noir (45%), gives it structure and strength from the Chardonnay (30%), which lends finesse and elegance and the fruity, lively and rounded aspect of the Pinot Meunier (25%) completes the blend.







Tasting Note:

  • View: A limpid layer, very bright golden yellow and abundant, fine and elegant bubbles.

    • Smell: Aromas of ripe fresh fruit (white and yellow peach, apricot) and tropical notes (lychee and pineapple) from the first nose. After a few moments, reveals aromas of vanilla to then open on notes of caramel, breadcrumbs and yeast; culminating with nuances of nuts and honey

    • Mouth: An explosion of freshness in the mouth, followed by an intense persistence. The complexity of the aromas of fresh fruit and caramel prolongs the intensity
