The Ar de arte mussels come from the Rías Baixas and are cultivated in rafts, the traditional system that respects the natural growth of this delicacy. Each piece is selected for its quality, cleaned and canned by hand one by one. They are fried just enough to give a unique consistency and texture that can be appreciated in every bite. The design is based on a work by Galician artist Fernando Rei.
