Ingredients:
-80 grams of cashew nuts
-1 litre of water
-4 dates** (OPTIONAL)
Pour the cashew milk into a bowl
Soak the cashew nuts in water the night before. Then drain them and rinse them with fresh water.
Put the cashew nuts, the litre of water and, if desired, some pitted and chopped dates to sweeten in the blender.
Blend everything, drain the milk through a fine cloth or wire mesh strainer, and reserve the pulp (to make biscuits, cream cheese...).
