At Real Conservera Española we only make high-quality canned food from the best seafood and fish caught in the season and at their best moment of season.
We feel a deep passion for our trade, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment and for our tradition. That is why we continue to do things in the traditional way as we have been taught generation after generation.
We continue making our preserves only with food from the Galician estuaries and making our sauces and juices following the traditional recipes only with natural ingredients and without additives. Keeping processes already forgotten as the roasting of some fish.
