The D.O.production region Navarra is located in the Foral Community of Navarra, Spain. The wine area extends from the south of the community capital, Pamplona, to the Ebro river basin. 

It is divided into five zones: Valdizarbe, located to the north and grouping 25 municipal terms, Tierra Estella, in the mid-west, and 38 municipal terms, Ribera Alta, located in the south-central part of Navarra and which groups 26 terms municipalities, Baja Montaña, to the northeast of the denomination, on the middle basin of the Aragón river and which groups 22 municipal terms, and Ribera Baja, located in the south of Navarra, with 14 municipal terms, the most significant.
