Tasting notes:
The red wine Uva Nocturna Garnacha Syrah has an intense reddish cherry colour, dark to dark. Its aroma is fruity, black fruits of the forest are perceived, such as blackberries, on a spicy background of nutmeg that shaking the glass gives way to aromas of raspberry and vanilla oak.
The red wine Uva Nocturna Garnacha Syrah in the mouth is soft and velvety, with soft and sweet tannins typical of their stay in barrel. It is characterised by its intense reminiscence of black fruit. It can be paired with rice and pasta dishes, game stews with seasonal mushrooms and other red and white meats.
