The Fist Garnacha is a unique wine, made exclusively from the Garnacha Tinta variety. This wine comes from old vineyards, aged between 70 and 100 years, located in Acered, in the southeastern region of the Denomination of Origin Calatayud. Although the wine does not have a Denomination of Origin, its production pays tribute to the richness of the local terroir. A careful cold maceration is performed after destemming the grapes, followed by controlled fermentation in 500-liter oak barrels, allowing for the development of all the nuances of the Garnacha. After fermentation, The Fist Garnacha undergoes a 16-month aging process in the same oak barrels, enriching its flavor profile.
