NOC Brut Rosé Magnum Sparkling Wine: This wine is special because it is the first Brut made in the Montes de Toledo. Made with the Champenoise method, this Noc Brut is produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes and the result is surprising.
The grapes used for its production come from Bodegas Noc's own vineyards located in Los Yebenes with an area of 4.8ha. of gravel and clay soils at an altitude of 850m above sea level and with slopes of 25%.
The harvest is done manually so that the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect conditions, then the Champenoise method is carried out with a first fermentation in stainless steel and a second fermentation in bottle and subsequent aging on its lees. Clarification is done manually using old concrete pupitres and then the disgorgement.
Only 7000 bottles of this sparkling wine from the wines of Toledo are produced.
