Gin Nordés has been created using a traditional distillate of grapes traditionally grown in Galicia, making it a Galician gin. It features eleven unique botanicals that contribute to its character, sourced from all corners of Galicia. They are selected for their purity and aromas. A thread of sage, a touch of mint that generates empathy, laurel, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, and tea. The perfect combination of subtle notes of white fruit with balsamic aromas from Galician wild plants.
This Galician Gin is made through a slow and calm distillation process. To obtain the grape spirit, which is the soul of the product, a portion of local Galician albariño grapes is used. The distillate is enhanced with the maceration of twelve locally sourced and overseas botanicals.
The gin has reached over 25 countries on all 5 continents through the Atlantic Galician Gin distillery.
Tasting Notes of Gin Nordés
Appearance: Gin Nordés has a transparent color.
Nose: A gin with a high aromatic intensity, with notes of white flowers, lemon verbena, and ginger, harmonized with balsamic notes of eucalyptus, laurel, and mint. Delicate floral and fruity aromas accompanied by a subtle note of juniper.
Palate: Fresh and fruity notes, with lingering hints of laurel and juniper.

This Galician Gin pairs perfectly with premium tonic, fresh laurel, and grapes. It is ideal for creating great cocktails such as Ponche Navideño Nordés, Queimada Nordés, Nordés Mar Adiante, not forgetting a classic Gin and Tonic.
