Noval Fine Ruby Port is a fortified wine made from tinta roriz, touriga franca and tinta barroca by Quinta do Noval in Porto, Portugal.
Vinified by pumping over in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 26º/28ºC. Aged for 2 to 3 years in oak barrels.
Quinta do Noval is a centenary winery that started its activity in 1715. At the end of the 20th century, the phylloxera plague devastated its vineyards, leaving only two hectares of vines that were not affected. Over time these plots have become some of the most important in the world.
