Vitobest® oat flour takes full advantage of the benefits of this cereal that contains soluble fiber (helps to improve intestinal transit and maintain stable blood sugar profiles), and slow absorption carbohydrates (provide strength and lasting energy to our organism).
Oatmeal is an excellent source of vitamins B and E, as well as minerals (iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iodine). To guarantee the final quality of the product and a better use of its nutrients, Vitobest® uses as raw material oats from the milling of dehulled and enzymatically deactivated grains (100% whole and clean). In addition, during the production process, it uses heat treatment to prevent the enzymatic development that causes the rancidity of the flour.
How to use:
Take 50 g of product (1 and a half scoops) mixed in 250 ml of water.
