Nopal cactus (Neopuntia) helps to control weight, contributes to absorb fats and sugars, also helps to reduce appetite and caloric intake Chromium, which contributes to maintain normal blood glucose levels. How to use:

It is recommended to take 2 capsules before each of the meals you want to compensate (maximum 4 capsules per day).
