Color: Bright cherry, garnet rim. Nose: Black fruit, fine toasted wood, vanilla.
Palate: Elegant and nervous mid palate, persistent and expressive.
The destemmed and crushed grapes ferment for 10 days at a controlled temperature. During barrel aging, periodic racking is carried out to force clarity. It is not clarified or filtered before bottling.
