Grand Old Parr 12 years 1L is a Scottish blended whisky that has been produced since 1909.
Its name is a tribute to Thomas Parr, who is said to be the oldest man in England and lived for 152 years in the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries.
Whisky Grand Old Parr, made with more than 40 high-quality malt whiskies, with the famous Cragganmore whisky standing out.
This whisky has aged in barrels specially selected for it. This is the only way for its characteristics, both color and flavor, not to be altered.
Thanks to the quality of the malt whiskies used in its production, a fine and well-balanced whisky has been achieved.
Appearance: The Grand Old Parr whisky is amber in color.
Nose: Attractive aromas of toasted nuts with butter, raisins, and dried apples. Its body is silky and fruity, with notes of oak and freshly turned earth.
Palate: The taste of malt stands out, with lots of sweetness. Notes of honey and vanilla. With a hint of peat smoke.
