Natural sweetener: Organic coconut flower sugar
Coconut sugar is obtained from the nectar of coconut palm flowers. Cuts are made in the flowers to extract the nectar, which is collected and subjected to mild heat to remove the moisture content, turning it from a translucent liquid to a denser, brown one. Coconut sugar is obtained from this ground juice. This method of extracting the nectar is respectful of the tree, allowing for the development and growth of coconut palms. It is the most ecological and sustainable sugar.
