Colombian coffee is a true gem that shines not only for its flavor, but also for the passionate process behind each bean. In the vast coffee fields of Colombia, harvesting remains predominantly manual. This is not a coincidence, but a deliberate choice: handpicking ensures that only beans that have reached perfect maturity are selected, leaving behind those that do not meet quality standards. Each picker, with skill acquired through years of experience, becomes the first link in a process that seeks excellence at every step.
Once harvested, the beans go through a traditional washing method, a practice that highlights and preserves the unique characteristics of Colombian coffee. Subsequently, they are taken to dry under the sun, allowing the bean to retain its natural flavor and aroma. This natural drying method reinforces the commitment to tradition and ensures a clean coffee with bright acidity.
