Organic Grey Kuzu 125g by Terrasana. A natural Japanese thickening agent made from plant starch. Not washed or filtered. It thickens effectively without affecting the taste of the dish. It has a neutral flavor and thickens effectively in soups, sauces, and (hot) desserts.

Directions for use

It is recommended to use 12g of kuzu per 250ml of liquid. Dissolve in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water before using. Use 60g of kuzu in 400ml of liquid to make pudding.
