Our great little wine, represents the essence of Finca Casalta, with an extra prominence of fruit and with marked liveliness.

Making

Maceration at controlled temperature with 3 daily pump-overs, maceration time 10 days. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels

Tasting notes

Visual phase: Medium-high layer garnet red with dense tear.
Smell phase: Clean nose of medium-high intensity. Aromas of red and black fruit, raspberry and strawberry with hints of violets and a fine woodiness reminiscent of graphite and coffee.
Taste phase: Mouth of creamy entrance, medium body, glyceric, medium acidity and a medium-long finish reminiscent of red fruit.
