Mar de Frades Herbal pomace is very intense greenish yellow, bright to the eye, clean and very herbaceous in the nose, where it displays notes aniseed with memories of thyme, tea and chamomile that bring complexity and great aromatic amplitude. In the mouth it shows a moderate sweetness, balanced by its fresh acidity, with hints of herbs and fine balsamic notes.
